Photo Shoot

Here are all the picture I had taken of the kiddos! 

Take Note:

The first several are the kiddos in Jazz gear for Braeden for Father's Day! 

 Kyler would not smile a good big smile for anyone or anything! 

And Emeri is way too good at posing when it comes to getting her picture taken the photographer was loving it! : ) 

Oh and I can't choose my favorites so you get all of them!

Father's Day Fail

So Father's Day was a flop and it was all my fault! 

I thought I was good to go because I was thinking ahead, but none of the gifts worked out...

The worst was the gift I got for Braeden! 

We have a tradition where I get Braeden a tie with his kiddos picture on it!

This year I even went and got the kiddos pictures taken professionally for the tie at the beginning of the month! (Planning Ahead!)

So I got the pictures, ordered the tie, and even paid extra to make sure it would be here by Father's Day, but I didn't take into account that we would be leaving for our Father's Day camp out early enough on Friday to miss the UPS guy! : ( BOOOO! 

When we got home from camping I realized what had happened and was totally bummed! 

And then one top of that I made the Grandpa gifts just way too difficult! ...

Meh!!!! There's always next year to make up for this year! Right?? 

At least we had a good evening with family! That's the part that really counts! 

The highlight of the day was capturing this picture of Kyler and Grandpa Brad!

So, when the UPS guy came the following day Braeden finally got his gift and was a good sport and wore it to church the following week! 

Floating

Braeden and I went on a fun date on Saturday! 

We went tubing down the Weber River! 

Life as been a bit overwhelming and I was missing my husband, which sounds kind of crazy since we see each other every day, but when we are together we are taking care of this and that we never get quality time together, so we needed some us time! (I'm sure you all understand how that goes if not you will one day!)  

I was trying to find something we could do that was close to home, fun, just the two of us, and relaxing! Tubing fit all of my criteria for the most part! It wasn't always relaxing at times it got a little stressful, but being together made up for the stressful parts! 

We had a really good time! 

It's been way to long since I laughed as much as I did tubing with Braeden! 

(One of the many reasons I love him so much! He makes me laugh A LOT!)

I'm glad we finally got some us time! So worth it!
